Is feasible a word with VCe syllable?

No. A word with the VCe pattern has a vowel, then a consonant, then the letter e. Examples of this are "ate," "wrote," "complete," "bite," and "cute." The final e makes the vowel sound in that syllable long. The word "feasible" ends in an e but has two consonants before it.
