Can I add Pontoons to a two pontoon rig?

On some pontoons you sometimes see a third pontoon. I'm thinkin of staggering two more under my two pontoon rig to total four. I'm adding a cabin to my rig and want to expand my weight capacity. My question is would this be feasible as far as drag in the water or would i be fine? Hopefully there are some engineers out there that can help me here. It has a honda 4 stroke 50 hp engine on it. and i'd be stretching it to maybe a 32 footer from 24 thanks!
