Flirt a lil, if he talks to other girls at school or is hanging with them and ignores you, then go hang with your friends have fun laugh, make him know your fine on your own, then if he comes to talk to you, flirt enough to let him know you wouldnt mind him there too (change between talking to him and your friends) and occasionally try to get along with his too!
