Is it fair to tell illegal immigrants "go home, you should have done it the legal way" when...?

Americans are the ones hiring them. Bull, Mexicans hire illegals and obtain untrue documents for their illegals to work, get drivers licenses, fake greencards, visa's , fake social security cards, all based on lies. The illegals must lie and cheat and steal just to be here.They have problems, stay in Mexico.
