Side skirts for a '01 Grand Prix?

My girlfriend's '01 Grand Prix SE is rusting along the bottom as any great GM product does. Is it feasible to find plastic or f-glass side skirts from the Grand Prix GT's and other models then mount them on her vehicle? Any advice about where to find them as well as painting and mounting would be much appreciated!
